Founded in 1992 by Kay Hackney, Interior Yoga offers classes for all levels in a fully equipped, centrally located studio. Instruction focuses on the cultivation of relaxation, flexibility, strength and alignment through classical poses and breathing techniques in a supportive atmosphere.
Interior Yoga also offers courses in natural alignment with Kay Hackney, certified
Balance instructor. Balance dramatically improves posture and can bring relief
from back pain without special devices or equipment.
Classes cover forward bending, standing, sitting, walking, lying on the back
and on the side, plus relaxation.
