Tuition: $40 for entire session

Time-in Tuesdays: 5:30-7:00 pm
September 2-October 7

gentle practice for beginning students or anyone wishing to slow down

Tuition: $75 for 6-week session or $15 drop-in per class

Thoughtful Thursdays: 5:30-7:00 pm
September 4-October 9

  Founded in 1992, Interior Yoga offers classes for all levels. Instruction focuses on the cultivation of relaxation, flexibility, strength and alignment through classical poses and breathing techniques in a supportive atmosphere.

Interior Yoga also offers courses in natural alignment with Kay Hackney, certified Balance instructor. Balance dramatically improves posture and can bring relief from back and joint pain.  Learn to sit, bend, stand, walk and recline with ease and relaxation.
