Founded in 1992, Interior Yoga offers classes for all levels. Instruction focuses on the cultivation of relaxation, flexibility, strength and alignment through classical poses and breathing techniques in a supportive atmosphere.
Interior Yoga also offers courses in natural alignment with Kay Hackney, certified
Balance instructor. Balance dramatically improves posture and can bring relief
