Foundations Course
Foundations of Balance is a 15-hour course that meets three hours once a week for five weeks. Course will be offered in Spring 2008:

10 am-1 pm
Classes cover forward bending, standing, sitting, walking, lying down and relaxation. Slides and handouts give concrete guides for
safe movement.
Class enrollment is limited to 7 participants.
