What is Chakra Toning?
Whether you consider yourself a "singer" or not is irrelevant. This is something everyone can find joy in doing. Join us.
We begin with an exploration of deep breathing. Learning to use breath with awareness encourages states of calm and relaxation. Specific sounds are used with the intention of toning each of the seven subtle energy centers. The power of chanting as a group deepens the experience of each participant.

What is meditation?
The source of all good feelings, all happiness lies within our own selves. How do we get to this core of freedom and happiness that exists in every living being? Meditate!
Meditation is a process of getting to know our own mind, then transforming or training it. Transforming the mind enables us to change from our habitual ways to more virtuous ones. Meditation cultivates mindfulness, vigilance, intention, and gratitude. Join us to begin or continue your meditation practice.
